• These Terms govern your use of our website, products, subscriptions, and workshops.
• By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you are the parent/guardian allowing a minor to use our services under supervision.

• All our products—including storybooks, activity books, kits, gifting products and subscription boxes—are custom-made or curated based on age-appropriateness and educational value.
• All product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual items may vary slightly due to the nature of customization.

• All orders must be placed through our website.
• We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.You can avail Tabby at checkout for payment in installments .
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect information may result in delayed or failed deliveries.

• As our products and workshop slots are personalized, we follow a strict no refund and no return policy.
• Product orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing customer support (see Cancellation & Refund Policy).
• No cancellations are permitted for workshop bookings, subscription box, gifting products under any circumstances.

• Monthly subscription boxes include curated content and are billed based on the selected plan.
• Subscriptions may be paused only once for 3 or 6 months plan with prior notice as per the terms mentioned at the time of subscription.
• Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

All content, including illustrations, books, activity sheets, and designs, are the intellectual property of D Magical Book Store and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without written permission

• We strive to ensure all content is accurate and safe for children. However, D Magical Book Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• Adult supervision is recommended when children use DIY or STEAM-based kits.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
