Cancellation Return and Refund Policy
At D Magical Book Store, we take great care in crafting and delivering personalized products and thoughtfully curated workshops. Due to the customized nature of our offerings, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy as outlined below.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Customized products (subscription box including storybooks, activity books ,activity kits, products listed under gifting as they are personalized)
- Workshop bookings or courses
Order Cancellation (Products Only)
We understand that emergencies may arise. Therefore, product orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, only under exceptional circumstances.
To request a cancellation:
- Email us at dmagicalbookstore@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: “Order Cancellation Request”
- Include the following details in your email:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address used for the order
- Order Number
- Reason for Cancellation
Note:
- Cancellation is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Requests sent after the 1-hour window will not be entertained.
- We do not offer cancellation via website , phone, social media DMs, or WhatsApp. Only email requests are processed.
Payment and Order Responsibility
- We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Once shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are available to receive the order.
- Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability may not be rescheduled or refunded.
