Cancellation Return and Refund Policy

At D Magical Book Store, we take great care in crafting and delivering personalized products and thoughtfully curated workshops. Due to the customized nature of our offerings, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy as outlined below.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Customized products (subscription box including storybooks, activity books ,activity kits, products listed under gifting as they are personalized)
  • Workshop bookings or courses

Order Cancellation (Products Only)

We understand that emergencies may arise. Therefore, product orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, only under exceptional circumstances.

To request a cancellation:

  • Email us at dmagicalbookstore@gmail.com
  • Use the subject line: “Order Cancellation Request”
  • Include the following details in your email:
    • Full Name
    • Phone Number
    • Email Address used for the order
    • Order Number
    • Reason for Cancellation

Note:

  • Cancellation is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Requests sent after the 1-hour window will not be entertained.
  • We do not offer cancellation via website , phone, social media DMs, or WhatsApp. Only email requests are processed.

Payment and Order Responsibility

  • We accept prepaid orders onlyCash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • Once shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are available to receive the order.
  • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability may not be rescheduled or refunded.
